On the following pages you will find menu items that are suitable for a wide variety of events. Although, in preparing these menus, we have tried to anticipate your basic and most consistent needs, we recognize that you may have more specialized requirements and encourage you to please share those with our staff. Our goal is to provide you with the best and most delicious food, superior quality service and most elegant and memorable presentation.

Seating Capacity and Arrangements
Our Clubhouse has 4 different rooms that can accomadate groups of all sizes, from as small as 10 to as large as 400, depending on the atmoshpere you desire. We also a covered outsdoors seating are available.
Traditional room settings for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, personal or professional holiday gatherings or conference and meeting settins are available in all of out rooms. Wedding Ceremonies are available in any of our areas (inside and out), at a cost of $350.00. If choosing our patio location, rental chairs are the responisibility of the event host.
We will also customize a room arangement to your specifications.
Our banquet personnel will meet with you to assess your needs and design a floor plan that will optimize our space and create the perfect ambience for your event.
All Events are booked until 11:00 p.m. Should you wish for additional time after that, the cost is $100.00 per hour, with a 1:00 a.m. being the latest.
There is a $300.00 room charge for all weddings. All Class reunions must have a guaranteed minimum of 75 guests or there will be charges of $250 for the room rent.
The Beaver Valley Golf Club will provide all food and beverage services. No food or beverages are permitted to be brought into or taken out of the building, with the exception of Wedding Cake and cookies or supplies for a choclate fountain or punch fountain
We have a podium, microphone, and large screen available at no extra charge
Basic linen service is included with most of our luncheon and dinner packages, which consist of white or ivory tablecloths, and an assortment of colored napkins to accent your event.
We can supply you with a local company to order your chair covers. They will be delivered to the club, where our staff will put on and tie the sashes. Our staff will then re-pack and prepare your items for pick-up on the following business day. We are no responsible for any lost or damaged items
Chair covers and other, specialty linens are available at an additional charge.
Our own elegant but understated China, silver and glassware is included with your package. However, specialty China, silver and crystal service is also available for an additional fee.
Payment and Guarantees
We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card as payment. Payment in full, is due the day of your event. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold a room or $300.00 for all weddings. A second deposit of fifty percent of the estimated final bill (on weddings, only) is due forty-five days prior to the event date. The remaining balance is due the evening of the event. If you cancel your event with less than forty-five days notice, your deposit will be forfieted. Our management team reserves the right to determine, on a case of specificbasis, whether your deposit will be transferable to another date.
Your guaranteed nmber of quests is due no later than seven days prior to your event. Should your numbers that day be lower than your count turned in you are still responsible for the number given prior to your event. During the course of planning your event, as the numer of guests increaes or decreases, we ask that you keep us informed so we may make the adjustments necessary to assist you in hosting the perfect event and to maximize the seating potential of our facility.
All of our banquet guests may choose from the following menus. If you are interested in our sit-down menu options for your function, you may offer your guests a choice of two entrees, in addition to a vegetarian entrée and a child’s entrée. Depending on the size of your group you may be permitted to offer three entrees. This is entirely at the discretion of our event planning staff.
Please Give seating arrangements to the events coordinator 5 days prior to your event.
Please list sperately the amounts of each entree per table if having a sit-down menu.

All sit-down events must have name cards for your guests. They should include the name of the guest, dinner choice, and table number.
Never hesitate to ask our staff to prepare and price items that you do not see on our menus. Our kitchen staff is well trained, extremely diversified, and very eager for the opportunity to exceed your expectations and satisfy your palate. Our front of the house staff is also eager to make your BEaver Valley Golf Club experience unforgettable. Different styles of service and themed events are no problem!
You may use our centerpieces, decorations, and decorative lights, for a small, additional fee, or bring your own. Please advise us of plans to use candles, or other open flames, confetti or streamers
We will happily assist you in planning beautiful and elegant table settings that will best compliment your entire event. Our wedding planning services are complimentary. We will also tray and display your cookies at no additional cost.
Our staff will cut and server your wedding cake at no extra charge. However, should you have a fondant cake there will be an extra fee of $150.00
Our Management staff has access to other services such as limousine companies, hotels, day spas, photographers, bakeries, bridal shops, florists, and a variety of musicians and other live entertainment and will be happy to refer you or help make the necessary arrangements for you and your group.
You will notice that or prices are comparable to other banquet facilities in the BEaver Valley and surrounding areas. However, although the understated elegance of our clubhouse, the quality and care of our golf course and the service provided by our experienced and friendly staff is already unparalleled. We are constantly working on ways to improve the quality of your time spent with us by improving the quality of all our products and services.
We have designated the following menus with you, our valued customer, in mind. We use only the freshest and best ingredients available, as we thae an innovative approach to some traditional favorites. Your complete satisfaction and enjoyment of our food, service, and facility is our first priority. We welcome your feedback and any suggestions you have that will help us to make the most of your experience at the Beaver Valley Golf Club.

The Golf Club Sandwich Buffet
This buffet includes your choice of three salads from the above list, a tray of sliced turkey breast and roast beef, both cooked to perfection on the premises, sliced ham, Swiss and American cheese slices, shredded lettuce, sliced onions and tomatoes, pickle spears, homemade honey mustard and horseradish sauces, fresh Mancini’s rolls, potato chips and pretzels, a tray of home-baked, assorted cookies and lemonade and iced tea. This is only $15.95 per guest.

Grilled Chicken Breast or Grilled Steak Salad
A platter of assorted salad greens with tomato wedges, black olives, sliced red onion and cucumbers, bell peppers, french fries and shredded and cubed cheddar chees is topped with hot, tender, seasoned or grilled chicken breats or strip steak and served with fresh dinner rolls and your choice of salad dressinf for only $14.95 per guest.
Salmon Spinach Salad
A generous portion of smoked salmon is served on a bed of baby spinach with capers, tomato wedges, black olives, hard-boiled eggs, red onion, crispy bacon bits, a wedge of brie cheese and a side of delicious, homemade, hot bacon dressing and fresh dinner rolls for only $15.95 per guest.
The Salad Platter
Served on a bed of mixed salad greens with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers is a generous serving of our, delectable, honey-kissed, blackened chicken salad with grapes and pecans, fresh and delicious homemade albacore tuna salad. This is, of course, served with dinner rolls for only $13.95 per guest.
All of our served lunches include a small house salad of assorted filed greens, Mandarin orange slices, toasted almonds and rasberyy vinagrette dressing, fresh dinner rolls and butter, hot coffee and iced tea and linen service.
Most of these entrees are also served with your choice of one starch and one vegetable. For any group of 15 or more, you may offer your guest up to 2 different meal selections. Our policy requires that you use labled place cards to identify your guests' choice of entree.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless, skinless chicken breast is stuffed with a combination of sautéed spinach with garlic, tomatoes, and Feta cheese, baked and served in light lemon-butter sauce. $15.95

This traditional favorite of boneless, skinless chicken breast is lightly dredged in seasoned flour and sautéed in butter and white wine, with mushrooms, capers and a hint of fresh lemon. $14.95
Heart Healthy Raspberry Chicken Breast
Boneless, skinless chicken breast is marinated in our house, fat-free raspberry vinaigrette dressing then grilled to tender, juicy perfection. $14.95
Honey-Orange and Ginger Salmon
Delicous, fresh fillet of salmon is brushed with out signature honey-orange and ginger glaze and broiled. $15.95
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
A lightly seasoned and decadent crab cake, consisting primarily of jumbo lump crabmeat, is broiled and finished with a touch of hollandaise sauce. $17.95

This popular whitefish is baked and served with our own, homemade, fresh fruit. $14.95
Tenderloin of Beef with peppers and onions
A six-ounce filet mignon sautéed, finished in the oven and served with lightly sautéed onion, sweet, bell pepper and roasted garlic. $17.95
Stuffed Filet Mignon au poivre
A six-ounce cut of beef tenderloin is stuffed with French Roquefort cheese, crusted with cracked peppercorns and served with an au jus and brandy reduction. $18.95.

The House Open Bar Package
Includes all sodas, mixers, house wine, and house brand liquor and domestic beer. The following prices are per person; tax and gratuity are not included. 1 hour is $10.95, 2 hours-$11.95, 3 hours-$12.95, 4 hours-$13.95.
The Premium Package
Includes all sodas, juices, mixers, cream drinks, our house wines, domestic beer and premium beer, house brand liquors as well as premium labels for the following prices, plus tax and gratuity. 1 hour is $11.95, 2 hours-$13.95, 3 hours-$14.95 and 4 hours for $15.95.
Extra Hours are available, please inquire about the pricing if necessary. Bridal dance mini bottles of Verdi are available at $2.75 per bottle. This makes a great favor and comes with personalized bottles
For non-alcholic weddings; soft drinks, lemonade, and iced tea are available for a cost of $5.95 per guest.
We will add items to your package for an additional fee.
We will also customize a bar menu for you. Ask our events planning staff about serving only specific items, like beer and wine, to your guests. We will also be happy to create themed bars.

Bridal dance alcohol is extra and is priced by the bottle.
Our house brand liquors include Kamchatka vodka, Bankers Club Gin, VAT 69 Scotch, Black Velvet Whiskey, Barclay's Bourbon, Castillo Rum,
Sabrooso Coffee Liquor and Peach Schnapps.
Our premium brands are Absolut Vodka, Beefeater Gin, Dewars Scotch, Seagrams V.O. Whiskey, Jim Beam Bourbon, Bacardi Light Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Kahlua
Alcohol will only be served to guests who are 21 years of age or older. Proper identification is required. No exceptions. Management has the right to refuse to server anyone at anytime.

We can help you choose the best wines to server to your guests with the entrees listed below.
You may choose two entrees, in addition to a vegetarian and child's entree for your dinner. At the discretion of the events planning staff, you may have the option to select three entrees from which your guests may choose. For mixed, plate entrees, please select one dinner, in addition to vegetarian and child's dinners, to serve to all of your guests.
If you are offering more than one entree to your guests, our policy requires that you use labeled place cards and meet with a member of our events planning staff, after we’ve received your final guest counts and before the day of your function, to insure that your place cards match the number of entrees ordered from our kitchen. This only allows us to provide flawless service to you and your guests.
All sit-down dinners are served with a house salad of assorted salad greens, Mandarin orange slices, toasted almonds and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

We have access to and offer a wide variety of desserts from a wide variety of bakeries that include local bakers as well as bakers abroad. Everything from sherbet and cookies to Crème Brule and Tuxedo Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake is available. We can help you choose the best dessert with which to finish your already perfect dinner. You are also welcome to bring your own sheet cakes and cookies to our banquet functions at no additional charge.
